The Story

The skinny kid
who got tired
of being skinny.

I didn't have a trainer, a gym, or the money for a coach. What I had was a pull-up bar, a lot of stubbornness, and fourteen months that changed everything.

I'm Roegan Cola. I'm nineteen and barely out of high school, so I won't pretend to be a coach with a wall of certificates. I'm the kid people used to wrap a whole hand around the arm of, just to make a point. If you've ever skipped a pool day or lived in hoodies to hide your frame, you already know me better than any trainer does.

For a long time I blamed my genetics. It was the comfortable answer, because it meant none of it was my fault. So I stayed the before picture and told myself some people just aren't built to grow. That story kept me safe, and it kept me small.

What finally changed things wasn't motivation. It was the math. Thirty-eight pounds of lean muscle in fourteen months came down to a few basics done over and over, not a secret and not a lucky draw in the gene pool. Once I could see the pattern, I couldn't unsee it, and everything on this site is that pattern written down.

The work

38 pounds.
The right way.

So I got to work and built real lean muscle on my own terms, in my own house, with a bar bolted in a doorway.

No fancy gym. No private coach. No dad who happened to be a bodybuilder. I read, I tested, I failed, I adjusted, and I kept showing up on the days I didn't feel like it. Those turned out to be the only days that mattered.

Fourteen months later I had 38 pounds of lean muscle on me. My body looks like something out of a comic now, and I'm still fresh out of high school.

Why I wrote it down

I built the guide
I wish I'd had.

The hardest part wasn't the training. It was the two years of confusion before it: the contradicting advice, the fake gurus, the programs built for guys who already looked good.

I wasted a long time on things that didn't matter. When it finally clicked, I realized the system was simple. It just wasn't being handed to skinny kids like me in plain language.

So I put everything into one blueprint. Every protocol, every mistake I'd tell my younger self to skip, and the mindset that kept me consistent, all in order, so you don't have to work it out the slow way.

Your turn

If I did it,
you can too.

Same body type. Same doubts. The only difference was the system, and now it's yours.
